A brief history...

With almost a decade as a hairstylist and makeup artist Nicole graduated top of her class from both Complections International School of Makeup and Avola College of Hair Design here in Toronto. She then furthered that education by moving to London, England for advanced cutting and colour training at Toni & Guy, UK. Always looking to expand her knowledge she continues to stay on top of trends taking classes from Goldwell, L’oreal, Matrix, American Crew and Schwarzkopf.

Beginning her career as a makeup artist for film and television, she garnered several credits to her name, among them The BBC, Ports International, Creepy Canada and films such as The Gangster Exchange and This Beautiful City which made its TIFF debut in 2006. Her editorial work can be seen both online and in print. That year also marked her transition to salon and freelance work devoting her expertise to clients in a one on one setting.

She can either be found behind the chair in the salon,teaching updo classes or working as a freelance hairstylist/makeup artist on photo shoots and for brides all over the GTA and beyond.

Known for her attention to detail, she brings a fresh approach, dedication to make you look your best as well as a passion for her craft to each client both in salon and on location. She has quickly become one of Toronto’s most sought after wedding stylists and has had the honor of working with hundreds of brides, each one a true princess!

Nicole believes in being the best version of yourself and creating a look that is tailored to each person who sits in her chair. She will work with you and your unique style to ensure that you not only feel beautiful, but comfortable with the person you see in the mirror.

A personal note from me to you....

To say that I love what I do is an epic understatement.
It's not a job, its a thrill and a pleasure ..every day. Whether its for a bride on her big day, a mom finally taking time out for herself, a girlfriend in search of a "new look", or one of my "guys" putting his best coif forward, or a celeb (yes, there have been a few) getting red carpet ready.

"Every person that sits in my chair is truly precious to me. As a hairstylist and makeup artist I literally get to "touch" people and make a difference as well as witness some... amazing life moments. There is nothing better than that. Period.
Beauty may be fleeting and superficial... but it is incredibly powerful & inspiring . We are drawn to it, try to capture it and are moved by it. To know that I am able to make someone feel beautiful is humbling to say the least.
Words can't even begin to express the incredible joy and satisfaction I get out of making people look...and by extension.. feel good about themselves. A smile and a head held high are all the thanks I'll ever need.  I have been so blessed to find my calling and I thank each and every one of my clients past, present and future for placing your trust in me."
